배송 받고자 하는 주소를 요청하는 위치에 정확히 작성해야 배송 가능합니다.
배송 주소를 정확이 입력하지 않으면 배송 할 수 없습니다.
한국 배송지는 한글로만 입력 하세요!
한국 배송지를 제외한 모든 국가는 영어로만 기입하세요!
한국 - 한국어, 제외 기타 국가 - 영어 로 작성 되지 않으면 배송 되지 않습니다.
모든 해외 배송 시 발생하는 관세는 구매자 부담입니다.
국가 별 배송 비는 무게에 따라 다릅니다.
해외 배송 시 반품이 되지 않으니 구매시 신중해 주세요.
결제 후 취소를 할 경우 이메일(osechill@osechill.com)로 환불을 요청하여야 합니다.
이메일로 요청하지 않을 경우 환불 처리되지 않습니다.

모든 배송은 당일 5시 이전 주문완료 건에 한해 익일 출고 됩니다.
해외 배송은 배송 선택에 따라 2일~ 5일 또는 5일에서 15일 기간이 걸립니다.
국내 운송장 확인은 출고 후 등록 되오니 참고 바랍니다.
해외 운송장 번호는 통관 후 확인 가능 합니다.

The shipping cost by country depends on the weight.

All deliveries will be shipped the next day only if the order is completed before 5 o'clock on the same day.
International shipping takes 2 to 5 days or 5 to 15 days depending on the delivery choice.
Please note that the domestic waybill confirmation will be registered after release.
You can check the overseas waybill number after customs clearance.
